lol johnno you sound like me banging on about m,indfulness meditation all day long - jon kabt zinn warns that when we start advertising mindfulness meditationa and what we feel we have learned, we are prob not actually practising as much as we need to to stay in the present - so on that note im off to meditate - well done johnno, im really pleased youve found that this helps you, me too!!!!!
