Hi does anyone have a list of any 24hr telephone helplines or helplines that offer a service out side of the normal 10am-10pm.

When I often needed helplines, I would call the Samaritans of after 10pm.

OK, sometimes, they don't have a clue about anxiety, but its something just to be able to speak to someone.

I wasn't suicidal or anything - I just needed an ear, a release.
