9 weeks on Prozac - why am I feeling bad again!

Being treated for Obsessive Neurosis, Anxiety and Depression. For the first 4 weeks on Prozac, my anxiety symptons were worsened. Then I started to feel better although my obsessive thoughts were worse. Now my thoughts are better but the anxiety is terrible again - panic attacks, lightheadedness, palpatations all come back!!

Shall I ditch the Prozac and accept it's not working? I am frightened to get the dosage increased (am on 20mg) in case of further side effects.

I am also undergoing CBT (have done 4 sessions now). Could this be why my anxiety is getting worse? Shall I just be patient and carry on (although am now mightily pissed off as I am really trying to help myself and am getting nowhere it seems).

Any advice greatly appreciated.

if i were you i would stick on them ,,like anything else you will have good weeks and off days
