I am suffering acute anxiety and am feeling very vulnerable. I am not replying to posts at the moment because I fear I will obsess over others symptoms.
I am an anxious obsessive thinker and these thoughts get troubling.
I am also withdrawing from tranquilisers.
I just wanted to let people know.
