    Hi Dee

Lovely to see you here. We do have a PTSD forum on here so I don't know if you would be able to reply to any of the posts there or offer any advice/support.

Welcome Dee - sure you will have some very valuable advice to share.

"Supposing a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?" said Piglet.
"Supposing it didn't," said Pooh after careful thought.

    Hello Dee,
Maybe you could post what help and services the military and more relevantly for here - the ex military are offered as we have had a few who needed this sort of help and we were unsure where to direct them.

Any information you can share will be gratefully received please.

    Thanks
