"We're all going on a summer holiday"

Apologies to Cliff Richard - but today I leave for a weeks holiday at the Gold Coast where I intend to show my daughters the wonders of Sea World, Movie World and Wet 'n Wild, with a good deal of relaxing at the pool thrown in.

I intend to use the break to try to destress a bit - it has come at a good time because my husband, having recently been retrenched, has just signed for a great new job last night. So YAY!!

Anyway, I will try to find a computer to visit the site as it is really a help to me. Thanks to you all for your support and encouragement, and I hope that I will be able to "pay it forward" to others too. This community is so important - I spent 2 years in therapy and never once got the instant reassurance that I have here.
