Build Up Of Gas In Stomach

Hi All,

Does anyone else get a build up of gas in their stomach especially when lying down, and when you stand if comes out two ways top and bottom..lol

I have had this for two weeks, when lying down i have to get up as it feels as there is no more room in my stomach and as soon as i do i either burp or pass wind which then relieves it

yes and i get a lot of pain in the night,,till i wake up and start walking about,,then it either disperses top or bottom lol, i think its because it gets trapped when we lay down
