Still Panic Free!!!!

Hi all

I know i havent been on this site for a very long time and i do apologise. I thought i would write and tell you how i was doing since the last time i wrote on the forum.

Well, Im getting married next year july 15th 2006. I have also become the proud dad of a baby boy who we have called Ben william. He was born August 22nd At Leeds general infirmary. Ive also got a new job which i started in january 2005. I am manager of a swimming pool, gym sauna steamroom and spa at a hotel in Bradford.

Im still panic free and although i do get the occasional panic moments, i have not had a panic attack for ages and ages and ages.

I will try to keep in touch more often. i promise.

Glad the website is still going and helping people to talk about and share experiences.
