    Vids For Social Anxiety

    Hi

    My dear old mum forwarded me some links to some videos which I thought you might be interested in.

    There's the whole range of stuff from how anxiety develops, what happens in the body and brain that creates the anxiety and also ways in which to treat it, both in terms of medication but also techniques.

    Thought I'd share. Hope you find useful.
