Welcome to NMP! I too have agoraphobia and many other attached to it as well! I know how hard things can be and how difficult going out is for you !

I have been doing CBT for three months now and three weeks ago I started to venture out! now this might sound silly but today for example I went to the tip and then to woolworths ! now this might sound sad but for me it was one hell of an achievement!

Dont ever give up Keep fighting because you deserve to have a normal life again and once you start to face the fears it will get better

Take care and stick with NMP! its worked for me thats for sure !
