    COFFEE FRENZY!

O Jesus, I drank a cup of half-caf with my sticky bun this morning and suffering now with those stupid knock-knock sensationss in my chest.
Had latte in morning also yesterday and day before.
Mostly I drink black tea but have succumbed to temptation recently.
Always about day three I get the palps and stop.

My research says its not just the caffiene but also other stimulants and irritants present in coffee.

Wanted to remind everyone to SHUN THE BEAN!

Know the feelings all to well too. I seem to have to be careful with chocolate too which tortures me 'cos I love it so much! Another one to avoid is red bull.Used to drink it with red bull on nights out until i discovered how lethal it was for my nerves!

Oops! Meant to say 'Vodka' not 'red bull' in my last sentence. Brain not engaged tonight!

I drink stupid amounts of coffee, its the only drink I like. I have moved to only drinking a few cups of normal each day now and de-caffe for the 2nd half of the day. It seems to work and I'm getting to sleep a bit better at night too. There is more caffiene in tea than in coffee but asI'm not keen on tea, that doesn't affect me.

Red bull would be bad for anyone with panic as it's just caffiene and sugar!

    Take care

hi, yes totally agree. I have not had caffeine for years, the stimulant effect causes panic symptoms, gold blend is a good one. regards jan x
