Guys,

Just wanted to say that so far today I have done a tube journey, a train journey, a trip to the bank and a trip to a crowded supermarket all by myself. I am walking round like a Cheshire cat. It is such a fantastic feeling, that feeling of freedom. I have soo forgotten what it feels like but it feels great!!


I hope that all you guys are having a good panic free day.
Thanks again for the advice and words of encouragement, they really have helped.
