Today I was worried that it was going to be like most of the rest. I slept only 3 hours and wasn't eating. But as the day went on, my brother really fueled my positivity and we went out of the house for a long walk. My first time out of the house in 3 days. It felt so good, I cant even explain. To finally give my heart a rest - it never raced the entire time and my palms remained dry. Living in a basement apartment with anxiety can be cave-like. All that I can recommend is that even when times are tough, if you want a little break - a hot shower/bath and get your butt outside for a walk. I know what its like to be afraid of going out but it is rewarding. Maybe don't do it alone but do it with a loved one. Also, I downloaded an audio track called "Overcome Stress and Anxiety with EMDR" by Mark Grant. Its not a miracle worker - but if you focus hard enough it will help you focus and relax.
