Psychiatric Hospital?

Over the past few weeks there has been a lot of talk between my Doctors and the Crisis team. They think a "spell in hospital" for a few days will do me the world of good, as I'm clearly struggling 1 year on.

Anyone been to a Psychiatric ward/hosptal?

Hi, I was luckly enough to still have PPP cover when i was 19,,I went to a private hospital in Northampton (apparently micheal jackson stayed there) I was extreemely scared and thought they would lock the door and throw away the key,,,in fact i had more control than ever, it did help at the time,,,i still think talking is the best way out of it,,,and you are not alone,,
