hey am new to this site from lastnight and i just want to any hi to everyone
hey am nicola 24 from glasgow. am a sports coach.
i have had panic panic attacks for the past 10 years. i came on here to try and see what other ways i can deal with my panic attacks and sshare storys on how other people copes with them.ill try my best and pass on the advice i have and share that with you all
