I just did mine. Took 5 mins to spray- 4 days to get round to cleaning it out to point of no smell. Had to do meals by what could be done on the hob only !

We have a magic oven.

You put it on maximum heat, leave it for 3 hours, and when you come back all the crud inside it has disappeared.
