    Good Book!

I'm reading a really good book at the moment called 'Overcoming Low Self-Esteem' by Melanie Fennell. Its based on CBT techniques and it really makes you think about how we react to things and I've started questioning myself quite a lot. Was wondering if anyone else had read this and what you thought?

    Love Piglet x

"Supposing a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?" said Piglet.
"Supposing it didn't," said Pooh after careful thought.

In the process of reading it. It seems very good so far. It was recommended to me by the same lady who recommended Claire Weekes so it's got to be good!!!
