Hi, ive been on 30mg for 5wks and feeling better for it. But worried about drinking again...though i really wanna be able to go out and have some beers instead of orange or lemonade!
can anyone with experience help?

Hello there,
I didn't drink alcohol or caffeine in my early days for 2 months, when I had a really good drink after this time my anxiety would creep back and bite me in the arse, I laid of for a bit and then when I drank I drank moderately and felt less anxiety problems!
In time it gets better!

i went on holiday and hadnt drank anything for a couple of months since being on tabs. I made sure i left it atleast 4 hours before having a drink and then only had 2 small beers at lunch and a few rum and cokes at night and i was fine but i found wine is a killer after 1 glass i felt awful so wont be touching that again. I think the answer is dont drink too much and then if you find a drink that dosnt agree with you dont drink it
