Sore throat and chest infection

Since i have been taking Mirtazapine I have had a really sore throat / chest infection. It seems too much of a coincidence.
I note that these symptoms are referred to in the cautions leaflet - possibly indicative of a low white blood count?
Has any one else experienced this?

I never got any kind of infection while I was on mirtazapine but it definitely sounds like you should pay the doctor a visit and get a blood test done. It may be nothing but a simple coincidence and agranulocytosis is rare.
