I really don't know what it is but my brother was complaining of a sore throat the other night and said he thought he had a fever, now it's been three days and I've had a sore throat for awhile and now a fever and body aches and I just can't sleep which is even worse, I would guess strep but he got over it fairly quick w/out antib's. It's hit me a little harder though and it's scaring me even though if it is something it's obvious I got it from him - but I can't help but think it's unrelated and some bad illness like cancer. Does this sound serious? I don't have a cough so I don't think it can be the flu!
Oh - and I also have a really bad upset stomach, almost like I need to throw up but can't. I feel miserable ):
