AUTOGENIC THERAPY

Hi I am an Autogenic Stress Therapist based in Milton Keynes, I provide a really simple therapy where you learn simple mental exercises that link mind and body and deal with stress, anxiety, panic attacks and depression. It is HIGHLY EFFECTIVE. It is available on the NHS - trouble is most doctors know nothing about this therapy despite it being in the UK for over 20 years.
