How do you deal with loved ones stress over our anxiety?!

Im having issues dealing with my best friend... He seems to be getting stressed out at me having anxiety... Especially at the consequences my anxiety has caused...

I just don't know what to do. Im stressed, its making him stressed, which makes me feel very very guilty and stressed... I just don't know how to deal or what to do!!

Any help would be so appreciated, as always... xx

    Hi

You might want to get him to look at the article on anxiety on this site and/or get him a book or leaflet on the subject. After he has read up on it, you two can discuss it together, with you answering any questions he might have.

As a close friend, he probably knows you as well as anyone. He might even come up with some useful suggestions that may be helpful to you.

    Hope this helps
