Heya anx mum
I had this twice, once when I was 16 and again at 20. I was told first time that I wouldn't get it again but there you go it's totally harmless more annoying then anything.

ive had it and still suffering been left with disgenerated nerves (basically my nerves all went back in the wrong slots ) had it over a year ago .
