    New here and wanted to say hi to you all!

    Hi everyone,

    Recently my anxiety came back with a vengence (last attack was in school 10 years ago!) and I found this site whilst through google, really glad I have found it, it looks like a really supportive environment, just what I need right now, anyway I just wanted to say hi,

    My anxiety came back in June after about 10 years too. This time its alot worse, I have ups and downs still but am trying to lead as normal life as possible.
    I've found this website really helpful I'm sure you will too
