Im sorry your not too good Yvonne .You have had a lot on lately and have been doing so well .Obviously coming off your Medication is why you are feeling so bad .I hope they do something to help you with this ..Well done on getting the award you received .I hope you feel better soon and look after yourself over the weekend .thinking of you luv Sue xxxx

Thank you for your kind words, I'm getting a bit confused, I feel a bit better, I think its to do with all the excitement of winning the award with my womens group. After an event I have a blip, it is horrible knowing that you can enjoy an event though the next day is gonna be horrible, you would think I would remember that after an event I have a blip. I forget about it.

Sorry I have not been online here, thank you for your kind words, sorry for worrying you. at the present time I'm a bit confused, though feel a bit better, I think my blip is to do with winning the award with my womens group, I know when a big event happens, the next day I have a blip, you think I would remember. need to learn to prepare for the next day after an event. plus my dad has got worse. things seem to be going pear shaped.
