I have had a IUD since May and have gained 14lbs. I have read and of course only the negative seems to be posted, have all the symptoms posted. I am 42 and it seems to be an age for the weight gain. I have been depressed and have taken myself out of activity levels. I don't really like to do anything that involves an increase in my heart rate or shortness of breathe because I am afraid. SO being that said it could be 50/50.
Other symptoms are also simular to the anxiety beast.
Has anyone had the IUD. Mine is the Mirena which is to be the low dose and is sage for people who have had cancer.
If anyone has any input, please pass along.
