numb tingly fingers

Hi can anyone help
Ive recently started to get like pins and needles in my fingers and hands(both) and they feel numb and sometimes painful. It lasted for about a week then went away for a week but now they are back. Does anyone know if this is due to anxiety or a medical thing. Its really been worrying me.

My fingers tingle and vibrate when I'm really stressed out, it's no big and actually one of the classic anxiety symptoms. If you search it on here you'll see a lot of people have the same problem

Thanks hun, thats a weight off my mind. I thought at first it might be carpel tunnel from being on the computer but it still happens if if i dont use it for a few days. its worse at night for some reason. They really throb and my veins stick out really hideously.
