    panicking about de ja vu

I don't know if it is because I'm under alot alot of stress just now but I keep getting de ja vu and I keep freaking out and "remembering" that things are going to happen that are bad. I can't explain it but it just happened there whilst trying to watch a bit of a film and being on here and it hit me and it is worrying me and cathching my breath.

Does anyone get where I am coming from?I dunno if it is ocd related or what but I'm getting scared x

I used to get de ja vu! a lot when I was younger, it's a weird feeling, it's a lot like a rush of anxiety.
could you explain a bit more as I don't fully understand :-)

I get this a lot and it can be quite weird but Im also fascinated by it too. Have a look in wikipedia under deja vu and it explains it all there and how common it is. I suppose its one of those things that none of us will ever fully understand, even the experts dont seem to know what it is.
Try not to worry too much about this, it is extremely common.
    Take care,

I've had this quite a few times. To me it feels like a memory that I can't quite remember and then fades as I realise that it hasn't actually happened or was maybe part of a dream.

I wouldn't worry about de ja vu. Everyone gets that feeling of already been there, already said or done that, etc.
