emetrophobic, been sick this morning. HELP

Hi All

I have been sick this morning. Didn't feel sick it just happened. Now its been 5hrs since i was last sick. I feel fine but cant stop worrying that its not over yet. i've had no temp but went back to bed and slept for 2hrs. I have had a slice of toast bout and hr ago and it has stayed put. How long do u fellow sufferers continue to fear its not over?

Hey,well it really depends on the person!!! I would have thought youll be fine now and just eat little and bland foods. unfortunately for me ive been worrying il be sick again everyday since i was sick once in january!!! lol x

Heya.
I have the same feeling. I didnt eat in school or outside of my home, not even a mint! Just because i was scared of being sick. Im am alot better now, i am still scared of being sick, but i am somtimes physically sick with anixaty. Im only sick one and i dont feel sick after and i am fine after. The wierdest thing is that i dont atually feel scared when im sick somtimes. It sounds like this happened to you. You just have to get back up and carry on again.


On the plus side, atleast you can never be bulimic. <- Thats how i see it.
