Finally got home earlier, thanks for the support.

Walking out into the bright sunshine and the hectic real world after being in there so long was a scary shock to the system.


Still absoluely exhausted from the whole experience. Just gotta get some proper rest so off to bed.

Today had sort of a good day today, then when my avon order arrive, I went through it, then I bagged it, I didnt notice that I had one bit missing. glad to have found it. will give it to my customer tomorrow.

I really love reading through these old threads, so its great when somebody adds to them and brings them up to date then I get to read them. I always try to imagine how everybody on the thread is doing nowadays, and hope they are all happy

So.....it has been a while! I haven't been to this forum for a couple of years and even longer since I was on this thread! I think it is amazing that it is still here! It is like finding your favourite slippers!

I don't know if there will still be anyone who remembers me from old. This was the very first support forum I ever came on and I made some very good friends here. I met a couple of them in real life too.

Lost touch with some people too. Hope people have gone on and managed to live with their anxiety....or even better....it has gone!

I still struggle with anxiety at times but it is soooooo much better than it used to be. I suppose I am back here because it is Christmas.....it creates anxiety, doesn't it? I had a diazepam this morning but I am not beating myself up about it because I only ever have the occassional one nowadays. This was the first in about a month.

Going to look around the board now!
