thudding and racing heart

Please help was watching tv and feld my heart give three almighty thuds, I did get scared and now feel like my heart is racey, logged onto computer and first thing i saw was that a 32 actress has died of a heart attack. I am now shaking!! Should i be ringing an ambulance /

no.. since you were watching tv... were you snacking on something sweet or salty ? or did you have a soda or gas on your stomach? As for ringing an ambulance..I think you should be looking for some anti acid.. People die everyday from age 1 min to 100..and everywhere inbetween..There are people in your town that die at 1,2,3,4,5 6 and so on.They aren't famous so they aren't new worthy.Relax and forget about your heart. Take it from a guy that hears mine everyday constantly in my ears like thunder. Take care and enjoy life a bit.. Ok.. Michael
