Racing heart

I can't sleep because of this. My heart rate has just suddenly gone up and its usually about 90bpm anyway but I know its well over 100 now. I'm too scared to check.

I do drink alot of tea and coffee but I'm always worrying theres something wrong with my heart.

I know I've had this a few times before but I'm worrying myself to death thinking its not going to slow down.

Every time I get a new symptom I just can't cope. I had an ecg and chest x ray a few days ago for something else and they came back fine.

Does anyone else have this.

A heart rate of that reading for some one your age is nothing to worry about. If is goes above 140 and stays like that for quite a while seek immediate medical help.

mine does this too

just last night i got up to do something snd it spiked to 130bpm!!!

came down pretty sharpish though.And i had been drinking...
