Thanks for the link. Some useful posts in that forum too.

I am really beginning to believe I can see a way out now, from the fear these palps give me when they occur that is.

The 'V' nerve is something I knew nothing about, but now I do, I am really a whole lot more comfortable with what is/might be occurring.

The anxiety gets me down, but I deal with that by meditating, something I thoroughly recommend anyone does.

Unbelievably for me, I've gone from listening to 'drum n bass' to Indian Classical flute (the bansuri) and it is incredibly relaxing!
