Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets.
Love the people who treat you right
& forget the ones that don't.
Believe everything happens for a reason.
If you get a chance, take it.
If it changes your life, let it.
Nobody said it would be easy,
they just promised it would be worth it
Dont be silly hun!! You arent letter anyone down!! Walking is the best form of exercise so good that you've started doing it. I think i need to get out and get walking too..I have been doing the workouts at home but I think walking out and about will get me more exercise and help anxiety!!
I struggled this weekend with the healthy eating and had a naughty takeaway saturday night lol but did two big workouts this weekends so hopefully that might make up for some of it :P hehe!!
How you all finding it? Eating and exercise?
Well done Patmac for the progress xxxxxxxxx

Oh sorry Annabelle just seen your post about sweet things!!
My problem too!!! I LOVE chocolate!!!! lol Well...the things I have done so far is that when I am craving something sweet I have a milky type smoothie....banana/strawberries with milk, natural yoghurt and a teaspoon of honey! Or I have had a small amount of dark chocolate. Any of them ok to you? Some people dont like this kind of stuff but I love them to get rid of my cravings hehe!!
What day is your weigh in? x

Hi all,
I follow a low fat diet and over the last two months have lost over a stone. Obviously over xmas I was always going to put some back on but only put on three pounds. Back on track again now and since monday have lost two of the pounds the xmas feast put on! For those with a sweet tooth try eating merringues ( the shells or nests...no cream!), no fat at all, also no fat sweets like boiled sweets and marshmallows for all those who need a sweet treat. But beware if you are diabetic as these are full of sugar!
Happy slimming!
