Well thank you all very much, I am really touched by your replies.

Well, I have been on diothepine (not sure of the spelling) for my anti depressants - there the ones that help me sleep, and I am on Paroxetine for my anxiety.
They have helped me so much, but I have heard of others where it hasn't suited them at all! But everythings worth a go!!!!

How could I forget you sillymoo!!!!?????

Les I was on them for years short name is anafranil? Finnished on 75mg, what dose are you on? tc Vernon
