Lumps& pain on armpit. /=O

I am a young woman and i have noticed dismorning that over night multiple small lumps (some with puss heads) have apeard on my armpits. I have had one or two of these before, but i never took notice because they were only singular lumps.These little lumps are very tender, causing my shoulders and arms to hurt when i move them.

I was wondering if these had something to do with being in a lake or spa?as i have been involved with these in the past few days.

also i was wondering if i should use something like bactroban on them, as it is an antibiotic cream.

i know there are similar cases out there as to mine, but i would rather make sure beacause i have never really worried about it untill about 8 of them had apeared dimorning.
i would much appreciate any help. thank you very much.

They could be boils as they spread quite quickly.

I'd go to the doctor so he/she could prescribe you the right medication for whatever it is.

It's unlikely to be serious though.
