Blocked Nose!

I no its this time of year and alot of blocked/bunged up noses are expected!
But i have had mine for about 5 weeks now! and wondering if that is normal or to be expected this time of year?

Normally mine go after about 2 weeks but i still feel as bunged up as i first did and its causing me to panic!

Also im feeling breathless! and its driving my panic into overload! :(

hi, i have had one cold after another and also had sinusistis which i got some antibiotics for and cleared my nose up, but at the moment i have a really tight chest and its really triggering panic as overbreathing is a big thing for me and this is making it difficult for me like im sure it is with you and your nose.xx
i play games online to try to distract myself from paying it so much attention xx
