    1 Day at a Time

HI first time post hope it is in right place
Yesterday felt like rubbish all day made a promise to myself that i was going to achieve something everyday ,no matter big or small.
Today drove down to Asda and had a look around ( on my own ) big for me , purchased couple tops and made it through till and back to car ( no panic ) so Day 1 big pat on back see what i can achieve tomorrow .
Have decieded that i am going to do 1 positive thing each day Wish me luck .

Well done Margaret!!! That is soooo good to hear!! Well done!!! I walked to Sainsburys today and walked all over the shop and waited in a queue and then went to starbucks to get a DECAF mocha to treat myself for my walk home!!

We can do it margaret...a step everyday and we'll get there.

Well done Margaret it is good that you are giving yourself a bit to do each day and its important to clap yourself on the back for the progress when I am anxious I am in the future and the place to be is in the present so one day at a time is great

    Hi Margaret,

I love your attitude. The present is all we really have and I have found that for me if I try and focus on the here and now and not the future and the "what ifs" my anxiety is much easier to deal with. Well done on your day and good luck with your future endeavors.

    Best wishes,

    Laura
