Bye for now Helen. I really hope things pick up for you and you can return to NMP and start living life with more enjoyment and stability. I understand how hard it is when your mood flips and I can understand why you feel like you don't belong, but there are quite a few people here with bpd... We are all different, but we are all here to try and get well and help each other do the same - so if that is your goal you do belong with us!
