    Social Anxiety support/therapy group?

I am a counsellor in the West Berks area and am thinking of possibly setting up a social anxiety support/therapy group, probably somewhere in the Newbury area for the 16 -25 yr age group. Although this is only at the planning stage at the moment, am just wondering whether anyone feels they might be interested in joining such a group?

    Hi

Can you tell us a bit about your qualifications for this kind of group please?

If there was a group in Bristol id be tempted to try and go, though the thought of being around other people freaks me right out but It would be step in the right direction.

I think it's a good idea but I find all groups are set up for young people. I am 33 and cannot find a group in my area.

It's such a pity people keep cutting things off at aged 25.
