Hey everyone, Ive not been around in a while because of my counceller suggesting that i stay away from forums that may trigger anxiety and depression!

Im still on citalopram and still talking to the counceller but i think im over this bout of anxiety and depression!

Its wierd how once your over it you can see how your mindset can really help its like you one day click and things seem to be clear and easy to handle.
