ive got tingling across my chest, can somebody just put my mind to rest and say what this is, i think its just the nerves but not totally sure. and ive got a really weak feeling in my forearm near the wrist area and feel a need to bring my hand in as much as i can, any ideas what this could be?

Could you have been lay on your arm through the night? Sometimes if I've been lay funny my chest goes completely numb or my hand feels floppy and it lasts quite a while after waking up.
I try not to worry about the future..............so I take each day one anxiety attack at a time
