NMP Complaints Mismanagement Controller
Are you guys experiencing technical problems with the forum lately?
The site seems to freeze and then time out and a few times now I couldn't get on here - it said the site was experiencing technical problems. Had no problem with any other sites, just NMP.

ive been having some problems too, i cant seem to be able to use the search, and couldnt get on at all about 3 nights ago.

Not me but then I am not on all day.
If you can give dates/times it might help but we should be ok now we are on the new servers.

I was in chat I think Friday? evening and was booted. I tried to get back on the site and it wouldn't let me on. I spoke to someone who was in chat at the same time and they said they were experiencing the same. I was unable access the site for approx half an hour, when I got back into chat everyone had had the same problem.

It happened yesterday evening around 8pm and the previous couple of evenings. As Sunshine-lady said it lasted for about half an hr and I couldn't get onto the site. It's happened on both my laptop and PC so know it's not my computer.

Hi all
had a look at the server and its monitoring and cant see any times when the site has been down for serveral months.
The chat room can be a slight red herring as it has been known to crash and takes a while to 'sort itself out'
I will keep an eye on things

Hi, I've tried to use the search function just now and got error 404. Sometimes when I click the links down the left-hand side of the screen or at the very bottom I also get 404s.
