Getting wound up again

Hi all,

I have been given some cortisone for my groin area, either side of my legs. It is a red rash, which the doctor said was fungal. Since then, well a couple of days ago, my tongue seems to be quite sore and cracked. It has a white coated film on it, which feels uncomfortable. Im worried it is something really serious, has anyone else had both these issues at the same time. I seem to be quite itchy aswell on my back.

If it is thrush you have then yes you can definately get it in the mouth area too. I would go back to your gp as he may want to give you antibiotics to clear it.

Please don't worry as i am sure it's related to your other condition and easily treated.
