I hope LOL means "I agree".
If you're just laughing at the idea that would be *so* cruel.

    Wk7 day 1 20mg

Well sort of hoping that week 7 would bring an amazing break through
and I 'd be fantastic in every way by now.
Just read the cit packet again, and I can't find any guarantees on there !

Anyway - thanks to you all for loads of fantastic support.

Woke with a headache this morning, but two panadols took care of that.
Still feeling a bit vague, and unfocussed, and a bit uninterested in everything. Except me of course - I am a man after all !

Oh well - off to find something to do in the office!

    Cheers
    Martin

    Giving blood

Giving blood next week - I think it's a healthy thing for men to do, but had to ring them to see if I could donate while taking cit.
They said as long as I felt ok, and it was only for moderate depression via gp then it was ok.

So I said that I was a screaming head case who would kill them if they put a needle anywhere near me.

Only the chap on the phone didn't get the joke. Had to ring back later and got someone else LOL

Hello Mart, no guarantees unfortunately, just help with the meds in place. I had a wierd day today. Firstly my treadmill has broke disaster for me. I went on for my usual hour then hubby came down (he's got 3 days off) and said whats that burning smell....had to turn it off and it wont work now. Phoned argos and they sending an engineer out. When???? Said we would get call next 2-3 days. So am going to have to revert to Rosemary Conley DVD for the meantime. Not a happy bunny.

Went shopping after that in Asda and just felt really wierd in there. Kind of totally exhausted and no energy....didnt eat before I went out so may of been that. Had just had my green tea. Wasn't hungry though. Didn't like feeling like that at all. Came back and listened to Paul Mac stress tape and then dosed for couple of hours. Feel bit better now. Scared me cos this is how I felt when I was over-doing it at work before going off sick.

Oh well. Sorry I've rambled on to you. As usual your posts made me smile. Hope you had good birthday and was spoilt like I hope you Sue will be spoilt tommorow!!!???

    Hi Jo

    Thanks for the birthday wishes.
I hate those weird anxiety experiences.

    Wk 7 day 2 20mg

Been away down in Essex for a course today, so a bit late with my update!
Not been doing too badly thank you.
A bit of a headache when I got up, and a bit (actually a lot) vague and forgetful. But better as the day went on.
Found my way home from Essex without the satnav so can't be that bad!

    More tomorrow!
