I have been really struggling again Martin and am trying so hard to just get on with it. It is still the morning thing, sometimes it goes quickly than other times it lingers for alot of the day. I am waiting for my concelling sessions to come up and hope they will make a difference, am not sure that the mirtazipine is the right meds for me but at this moment in time am not prepared to start messing with the meds incase I totally nose dive again.

Very wise all this - don't rock the boat. You might get more than your feet wet!

Perhaps it's different in the UK than it is in the US, but if you're working for the government here you're allowed to say so and to say you can't talk about it. In some cases you can even explain why. Perhaps our systems are different though...

Though, I didn't even work directly for the government... I worked for a privately-owned nuclear power plant. Even so, because of security procedures put into place since 9-11, I wasn't allowed to say much about my work to anyone.

Haha! Well, right now with our economy working for the government is probably one of the few jobs you can get that you know you won't lose very quickly, depending on which department you join. :P
