food going down the wrong way

Hi, please don't laugh but I am worried because when I was eating my burger about half hour ago a bit of my burger bun went down the wrong way and I am worrying that is has gone into my lungs now and going to make me ill or something? Any advice appreciated. x

No - this won't have happened. You'd be coughing like mad as your lungs try to clear it out

Thank you it just really worried me. It feels funny when I take a really deep breath now but its probably my mind playing tricks!
