Is this IBS?

I got worked up earlier in the week about a hospital appointment I had yesterday. All day yesterday I had very loose bowels which I put down to nerves. Today I feel really sick, haven't been sick though. Still have loose bowels, have foul taste in my mouth and feel very tired.
Could I have bought a bout of IBS on with all my worrying over the last few days?
I have some spasmonal which I think I'll give a go

Sounds like what happens to me when I get all worked up. Sometimes the symptoms last a day or two.
