Sorry to all, I've neglected the forum for a while!!!
I just have a question, when you are low where do you feel comfortable turning to? I find if my friends have been in this situation then I feel they don't need negativity around them, I was referred for cournselling in May and apparently will get an appoint in New Year and as for family well I have at last told my Mum I am suffereing depression but I cannot suddenly overnight start talking to someone I don't connect with.
Therefore, what does one do???
I know there is the forum which I really should utilise more, there is the chat room which I have to say having been in lots recently in and out it doesnt appear to be frequented like it use to be so I really find it hard where to turn!
Sorry to be low at this time of year but I believe most of your will appreciate that the stress aspect distorts the concentration the most!!!! Therefore Christmas is just another day!
Any advice or is it just to offload here?
