Hello, newbie from Spain
Hi Guys,
I have been suffering from panic attacks on and off now for over 10 years and I am really glad I have found this forum. To be able to talk to like minded people about a problem that a lot of people have never experienced let alone understand is like striking gold.
Hopefully with your help I can beat this once and for all!
